"Vance Firstly, I'd like to extend my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you faced during your recent interaction with our office. Your experience is not reflective of the level of service we aim to provide, and we deeply regret any frustration or delays you experienced. I'd like to provide a bit of context regarding the situation. On the day of your call, we were indeed short-staffed which is why it took a little bit of time for Jacob to get back to you, one of the main reasons was an unforeseen series of events involving one of our key team members, Rob Smith. You see Rob had taken a brief vacation to Miami and was scheduled to return and be present in the office. However, after an eventful day of tennis and enjoying ceviche in a cabana, he found himself caught in an unexpected downpour. This not only damaged his Vespa but also led to his beloved dog, Snarf Snarf, running away amidst the confusion. We were all quite worried about both Rob and Snarf Snarf, and this contributed to the disruptions you experienced, because he had to extend his trip to search for the dog. Happy to report he has been found! This doesn't justify the service gap, but I hope it gives some context. We value your feedback and have taken steps to prevent such future disruptions. While we couldn't assist with your insurance due to ineligibility, I hope you'll consider revisiting us in a year. If there are any specific concerns, please let us know. "
